As our beloved Aerosmith takes their final bow, we have a special opportunity to come together as fans and celebrate the music and legacy that’s shaped our lives for over five decades.
We’re attempting a massive album-length cover project, tackling every single track from Nine Lives — plus B-sides, a few Just Push Play tracks, and some older classics. We’re also reopening completed songs to add new parts. If you’ve got a DAW and an audio interface, this is your chance to be part of a unique international fan collaboration.
How to Participate:
- Check the song chart and choose the songs you want to record for.
- Reach out and get the basic structure demo.
- Record your tracks on top of it and VIDEO it—vocals, guitar fills, bizarre arrangements, you name it.
- Upload it to WeTransfer.com.
- Share the download link with GONZ, one of our editors, who’ll make this whole project come together.
We’ll mix and master everything, and share the final videos with fans around the world — and hopefully the band too.
This is our way of saying thank you. We’re here to keep playing their music loud, now and always — and to have a blast doing it together.
