Big Ones is one of the many compilation albums by the American rock band Aerosmith, released on November 1, 1994 by Geffen Records. Big Ones featured 12 hits from the band’s three consecutive multi-platinum albums, Permanent Vacation (1987), Pump (1989), and Get a Grip (1993), as well as the hit, “Deuces are Wild” from The Beavis and Butt-Head Experience (1993), and two new songs, “Blind Man” and “Walk on Water”, which were recorded during a break in the band’s Get a Grip Tour.

Sessions for the new tracks took place in April 1994 at The Power Station, New York City, New York, and in June 1994 at Capri Digital Studios, Capri, Italy.

At the time, Tom Hamilton was quoted in the media as saying that the band had to choose from 5 new songs to be included in the album. While it is unknown which other songs were remaining, it is speculated that Wham Bam! was considered as it was played in August 1994, just a couple of months after the sessions in Italy.

Other songs on Studio tapes:
Demo 1994: ex-Blind man – Walk on Water, ex, rough mix – Raw Strawberry.
